We follow the 10 Cleaning Commandments

We are serious about the 10 Cleaning Commandments. These commandments apply to our company and to customers who book with us.

#1 – Thou shall not need any other cleaning service.

Holy Cleaning Company provides Residential and Commercial cleaning. We will meet your cleaning requirements so you will not need any other company. We hope to earn your business.

#2 – Thou shalt follow the 20 Steps for Cleaning checklist;

Cleaners must follow our strict checklist for a cleaner house & Customers must send any concerns to Holy Cleaning Company within 24 hours if it was not followed for us to correct it asap.

#3 – Thou shalt be open for business 6 days a week.

Cleaners set their own hours, but they must rest at least one day out of seven. Customers can choose any day 6 days out of 7 to use our services.

#4 – Thou shalt exercise safety:

Cleaners must use only high-quality cleaning products; given a preference to natural. Customers must also provide a safe working environment for the cleaners at Holy Cleaning Company or the cleaner may choose to cancel the service.

#5 – Thou shalt guarantee the cleaning service to Holy Cleaning Company customers.

Cleaners are responsible for their service & will go back if it isn’t done according to our high cleaning standards. Customers have 24 hrs to notify us of any issues.

#6 – Thou shalt be on time & reliable.

We will notify our customers should there be any scheduling issues ASAP and customers should do the same.

#7 – Thou shalt be friendly & professional.

Both cleaners & customers are encouraged to be kind & understanding. Let’s all have a little empathy & compassion toward each other & be honorable.

#8 – Thou shalt pay that which is owed.

Cleaners must deliver the proper service that the customer paid with their hard-earned money and customers must pay for the service in advance so the cleaners are paid on time for their hard work.

#9 – Thou shalt obey KY Laws & have good morals.

Everyone must use good judgment & strive to be kind to one another.

#10 – Thou shalt not covet customers of the Holy Cleaning Company, nor shalt the customers covet Holy Cleaning Company cleaners by enticing them to leave Holy Cleaning Company.

Any cleaner found to attempt to steal customers will be fired immediately because it is a sign of immorality as that is stealing from their employer. Customers should not be enticed by cleaners who would do such a thing as that is a sign of poor morality.
